The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. You can easily visit the war memorial up on the top of Dundee Law from here. It is also close to clubs in Dundee, perfect for a night out. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is nice and there is free parking available.
There was some noise in my room from the lift, which made it difficult to sleep.

Friendly staff and excellent customer service. the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and were always professional. the breakfast provided was well-presented, tasty, and offered plenty of options. the hotel had ample free parking available which was convenient for guests with vehicles. the location was also favorable, with shops and bars nearby and the town center being easily accessible.
The rooms lacked sufficient storage space, with a lack of cupboards and hooks. It would have been helpful to have more plug sockets available for charging devices.
